We do not take a referral fee, a commission split, or a payment per lead. We do not sell position in search results - when someone enquires, matches are ordered on fit, and no amount of money changes that. If we ever did sell placement, the product would stop being worth using for the person searching.
We won't sell your client data, and we won't pass an enquiry to more than the agents a person chose. Someone who enquires through Keyday hears from the agent they picked - not from five agencies who bought their number.
We won't publish performance claims we can't verify either. Plenty of platforms will tell you an agent is “top 1%”. We'd rather show you what they actually specialise in and let you decide.
