Australian agents run their business on tools built for American software companies, or on a spreadsheet and a phone. And Australians looking for an agent pick one from a billboard, or whoever answers first. Both sides deserve better than that.
What Keyday is
A CRM built for how Australian agents actually work - buyer's agents, listing agents, leasing agents and property managers, each with a pipeline that uses their own words rather than a generic sales funnel.
And a place for people to find the right agent for their suburb, their budget and their situation. Free for them, always.
How we make money
Agents pay a flat monthly subscription. That is almost the whole business model.
We take no referral fee, no commission split, and no payment per lead - from anyone, including mortgage brokers, who are on the same flat subscription as everybody else. Your deal is yours. We do not sell position in search results - when someone enquires, matches are ordered on fit, and no amount of money changes that. If we ever did sell placement, the product would stop being worth using for the person searching.
What we won't do
We won't sell your client data, and we won't pass an enquiry to more than the agents a person chose. Someone who enquires through Keyday hears from the agent they picked - not from five agencies who bought their number.
We won't publish performance claims we can't verify either. Plenty of platforms will tell you an agent is “top 1%”. We'd rather show you what they actually specialise in and let you decide.
Where we are
Keyday is built in Melbourne and run in Australia. Your data is stored in Sydney, and our privacy policy names every company that touches it.
